A LEVEL 1, USTA-Sanctioned Junior Tennis tournament is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 12-13, 2009 at Haffen Park and Crotona Park, in the Bronx. Pelham Bay Park Walkathon
This has nothing to do with tennis, but it has a lot to do with fitness and health. Folks are taking part in a traditional annual walkathon at the Pelham Bay Park track, Friday August 8th at 8 a.m. Everyone is encouraged to come over an participate. No prizes offered, just good comaraderie and fun.
